The Ihastua bag is made of cotton canvas in the Viita pattern. The bag has two sturdy handles and an adjustable and detachable shoulder strap. The bag closes with a zipper and it has vachetta leather details. There is a small open pocket on the outside.
Antti Kekki got the idea for the Viita (thicket) pattern from thick and wildly growing plants. The pattern depicts the delicate early summer with its fresh bendy branches and buds about to blossom. Viita was created by combining compositions of different branches and blossoms cut from paper into a larger pattern.
